Cleveland Browns general manager Andrew Berry is considering having Joe Flacco return as a backup in 2024.

At a Monday press conference, general manager Andrew Berry of the Cleveland Browns expressed his openness to the idea of bringing back veteran quarterback Joe Flacco as the team looks to solidify a backup for starting

 

 

quarterback Deshaun Watson in the upcoming 2024 season. “We’d absolutely love to have Joe back,” Berry said, highlighting Flacco’s positive impact on the team during the 2023 season. Flacco, who turned 39 on January 16,

signed with the Browns as a free agent after starting quarterback Deshaun Watson sustained a season-ending shoulder injury.
