LSU Football: The No. 3 WR in America will visit the Tigers…

The LSU football staff is still pursuing a number of elite targets in the 2025 cycle, one of them is Kaliq Lockett, the third-best wide receiver in the nation.

On April 12, Lockett, a 6-foot-1, 175-pound player from Sachse, Texas, will go to Baton Rouge with the group to see the Tigers led by Brian Kelly.

Following trips to Texas A&M and TCU in January, the highly sought-after wideout has four scheduled visits this spring:

– Florida State

– Ohio State

– University of Pennsylvania

– LSU on April 12.

Cortez Hankton, the co-offensive coordinator and wide receivers coach at LSU, has stepped forward to secure Lockett’s services.

LSU made Lockett an offer last autumn and has since stepped up their pursuit of the highly sought-after wideout, who is ranked among the top 5 in the 2025 class.

The top class in the 2025 cycle is presently held by the Bayou Bengals, who are led by quarterback Bryce Underwood, wide receiver Harlem Berry, and wide receiver Dakorien Moore.

In order for the Tigers to pull off a historic haul in the cycle that follows, adding Lockett to a gifted 2025 cycle would be another crucial step in their drive for his services.

Kelly and Co. already hold a pledge from Moore, the top 2025 wideout.
