Former New Orleans Saints wide receiver Michael Thomas blasted the medical staff of his former team on social media Tuesday, saying they give every injured player the same rehab exercises.
The harsh criticism comes after it was claimed that Saints offensive lineman Ryan Ramczyk might not be cleared to play this season because of a knee injury.
Due to major knee injuries in 2021 and last year, Ramczyk’s NFL future is unclear, with Thomas putting the blame on Saints head coach Dennis Allen and the New Orleans medical staff.
‘Well when you get an injury they build you a little file folder for rehab that’s suppose to help you return to play,’ Thomas said on X. ‘But in fact it’s all the same rehab exercises and procedures regardless if it’s ankle, knee, wrist, etc.’
