Clark faces tough question after…

Throughout the season, Clark has been under intense media scrutiny, fielding several questions on subjects she would prefer not to address, such as her “rivalry” with Angel Reese, her Olympic “snub,” and the physical abuse she has received from WNBA opponents like Chennedy Carter.

After the Fever defeated the struggling Washington Mystics 88-81, their third straight victory at home, Clark was asked a lot of questions about her misses. WNBA Rookie of the Year in 2023: Aliyah Boston filled in as the front-runner for the same prize in 2024.

In regards to correcting her turnovers, Clark stated, “Just trying to slow down a little bit.” “Honestly I’m trying to remember the other ones.”

“Don’t worry,” Boston cut her off, relieving her of some of the pressure.

“When you watch Caitlin pass the ball, you can see that sometimes things work out that way. She responded, “We’re not going to let her hang her head, and we’re not going to hang our heads off of any missed passes,” cutting off the cynical question from the reporter.
