I’ve made the decision to leave the NFL after giving it considerable thought and practicing mindfulness.

For the better part of eight years, I have had the honor of playing professional football, making football the most significant aspect of my life. four of those with my sibling 🥂 I will always be appreciative of the experiences, connections, and camaraderie I have been fortunate enough to have with my classmates, coaches, and colleagues. I will always be there to support you all for the rest of our lives since you all mean the world to me!
