With yet another professional accomplishment, Indiana Fever player Caitlin Clark’s influence is still felt far and wide.
Wilson revealed the arrival of two limited-edition basketballs inspired by Clark on September 9. One has a colour scheme of purple, pink, and yellow, while the other has the Iowa Hawkeyes, Clark’s college team’s colours.
Raina Harmon, the assistant coach at Iowa who assisted in mentoring Clark during her four years as a Hawkeye, sent a touching comment along with a proud photo of the Fever rookie’s most recent accomplishment on her Instagram Story.
“Continue to dream kid, you’re just getting started!” Harmon wrote.
The 22-year-old Clark shared her gratitude for her previous coach’s warm remarks on her Instagram Story. She included three emojis of hearts.

Under Clark’s leadership, Iowa won three consecutive Big Ten titles and made it to the NCAA Tournament finals twice. With averages of 28.4 points, 7.1 rebounds, and 8.2 assists per game, she concluded her illustrious college career.
With 3,951 points, she also broke the all-time record for lifetime scoring in NCAA Division I, regardless of gender, beating the legendary Pete Maravich.
