Report: The CEO of Superbike declines to “bite” into the Marc Marquez-Francesco Bagnaia dispute…

The CEO of Ducati has been questioned over his position on the incident involving Marc Marquez and Francesco Bagnaia.

The Portuguese MotoGP crash last weekend was declared by Race Direction to be just a racing mishap.

Marquez concurred, but he accused Bagnaia of being at fault and said the maneuver was barely lawful.

The fact that it pairs Ducati’s top rider and the current MotoGP champion with its esteemed rookie presents a larger issue.

The CEO of Ducati, Claudio Domenicali, was questioned about if tensions with other riders had increased since Marquez joined the Italian manufacturer.

According to GPOne, he said, “There are so many good champions here, we even saw Pedro Acosta have a crazy race.”

Therefore, I’m not sure what, exactly, one more or less alters in the end.

“They are all very strong; Pecco and Marc, for example, are world champions who never give up.

“I know they enjoy the subject as a journalistic device, but I try to stay out of the issue as much as possible. I’m not a biter.

When Bagnaia tried to cut inside Marquez and left them both in the gravel, Domenicali was asked what he thought.

After battling for P5, Bagnaia was unable to finish the race, and Marquez finished in 16th place.

In response, Domenicali said, “I’m happy either way because we did first and second with an official Ducati.”

However, it’s evident that when incidents like that occur between Marc and Pecco, we’re all a little upset.

But it is the makeup of races.

He wasn’t ready to give up on any of these two incredible champions.

“I watched the analysis on TV, and you tend to give one or the other a justification based on where you watch it.

“With their experience, the two might have been more cautious, but neither of them wanted to give up.”

Therefore, despite the fact that just fifth place was up for grabs, they both gambled and played a lot.

Making an analysis from this distance is simple, but inside, under the influence of adrenaline, things become very different.

“I don’t entirely justify them, but I do understand them.” That might make a useful synopsis.

WHO CAN WIN AN OFFICIAL DUCATI SEAT IN 2025?
Although Ducati and Bagnaia have a long-term agreement, the search is still underway for the second bike in 2025.

Leading the standings at the moment, Jorge Martin won the Portuguese MotoGP and says he would leave Ducati if he is overlooked once again.

In Portimao, the current incumbent, Enea Bastianini, came in second.

On Ducati’s significant change, Domenicali was questioned.

The fact that there are so many great riders indicates that the boys have had good training, are maturing, and have already reached adulthood, the speaker added.

“Every rider has the ability to pursue the crown.

“Enea had some crazy races, like [Portimao last weekend], while Martin fought with Pecco until Valencia last year.”

Let’s imagine that it’s a decision that is difficult on the one hand. However, it is also a preferred option.
