It’s a $1 million richer for Connor McDavid.
The eight-event NHL all-star skills challenge was designed with input from the Oilers superstar, who won Friday’s marquee event worth $1 million (U.S.).
In addition to winning the fastest skater and greatest passer competitions, McDavid was the fastest to finish the obstacle course, which was the last event.
McDavid remarked, “It was entertaining.” “I can attest that things got competitive out there because I’m competitive. I was sighing heavily. Men were putting in a lot of effort to put on a nice show. We seem to have done that. We can feel pleased about it, in my opinion. The fans will decide in the end, and hopefully they had fun.
