The Indiana Fever, led by Caitlin Clark, are currently enjoying their finest run of the 2024 WNBA season. They improved to 7-10 on Friday after securing their fourth consecutive victory. The Fever are now in fourth position in the Eastern Conference with three wins out of a possible total of four, although the Dream have two fewer losses than them.
With three minutes remaining in the game, Fever forward NaLyssa Smith went up to snag a rebound after a Dream shot went awry. To increase her overall number of rebounds, Clark removed the ball from her teammate’s hands. Smith ended up with 21 points and nine rebounds instead of a double-double as a result of this.
Smith was obviously displeased with Clark’s behavior afterward. Frustrated, she dropped her arms and looked at Clark.
