Kevin Stefanski of the Browns takes a playful jab at the former coach

The Cleveland Browns and Kevin Stefanski didn’t want to obstruct a family gathering.

The Browns permitted highly-regarded offensive line coach Bill Callahan to join his son Brian’s staff with the Tennessee Titans earlier this offseason. Normally stoic, Stefanski quipped that he was excited to see how the father-son relationship developed.

On February 5, Stefanski remarked, “Bill Callahan, very unique situation there — to go work for Brian, not with Brian.” “He will be employed by Brian. I’m eager for Brian to take control of him. Every child wants to be in charge of their parents. Once more, I’m happy for those folks. Organizationally, I believe we understood that was a special circumstance and did not want to impede it.
